Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order via Mythway, you agree to the following guidelines. These policies are in place to clearly outline our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for customers within the United States.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Missing Return Label
If your package did not include a return label, don’t worry. Simply contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you with arranging your return or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
Your order number and full name
Proof of purchase (for example, a screenshot of your order details)
The reason for your return
If applicable, attach photos or a video that shows any defect or damage
Once your return is verified (usually within 24 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, with an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Exchanges are only available for products that are defective, shipped incorrectly, or differ in size from what was ordered. If you encounter any such issues, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges exclusively for items that are defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size. For exchanges, please reach out via [email protected]. Please note that if the product is defective, the return shipping cost is covered by us.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. Do allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, as processing times may vary with your financial institution.
7. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After 12 hours, the order may already be in production and cancellation might not be possible. It is important to provide the correct shipping address when ordering, as you are responsible for any delivery issues arising from inaccurate information.
